Grant Application for International Events - additional notes.

 Grants for Individuals:

• For the World Scout Jamboree the grant will cover 10% of cost or £200 whichever is the lower.

• For International Events, the grant will cover 10% of cost or £100 whichever is the lower

Grants for Groups:

• For International Events, the grant will cover £50 per person up to a maximum of £500 for paying attendees per event per group not an individual

General:

• All applications will be considered on an individual basis

• The District Executive reserves the right to reclaim monies paid out to individuals who leave the District before attending the event

• Each applicant must have adequate insurance cover

• Applications will only be considered using this form

• Applicants may be encouraged to give talks around the District on their return

• All applications need to be submitted to the District Chair at least two weeks prior to a District Executive meeting, otherwise may not be considered until   the following meeting
